- Senior Youth BJJ (Ages 9-12): With a focus on self-confidence, discipline, and coordination, this class equips older kids with executive functioning skills, social interaction, and the benefits of fun and exercise.
- Teen BJJ: Join the thrill of Teen BJJ! Teens have a blast learning both the basics and exciting advanced techniques in a welcoming, high-energy class that emphasizes self-confidence, teamwork, and goal-setting.
- Teen/Senior Youth Advanced Gi BJJ (Invite Only): Designed for teens and senior youth ready to take on more complex techniques and strategies in the Gi. This invite-only class challenges participants to refine their skills at a higher level, practicing with close guidance from coaches.
- Teen Advanced Gi BJJ (Invite Only) - Mixed with Adult Fundamentals: A high-level, invite-only class for advanced teens. This session is integrated with the Adult Fundamentals class, offering teens the opportunity to train in a mixed-age setting while honing foundational and advanced Gi techniques with adults, creating a challenging and rewarding experience.

- Adult No-Gi Takedowns (White Belt & Up): Sharpen your standing game with this takedown-focused class, where adults of all levels (white belt and up) can practice No-Gi takedown techniques. Learn and drill key movements for safely controlling opponents on your feet, enhancing both confidence and agility in the stand-up phase of Jiu-Jitsu.
- Open Mat/Rolls: Open Mat is focused solely on free rolling and sparring rounds, allowing you to put what you've learned into practice with partners. Open to all levels from white belts with two stripes and above, unless specifically invited by Shaun.
