Our specially designed facility features a separate room in the back equipped with high-quality mats, ensuring a comfortable training environment.
We understand the importance of privacy and convenience, which is why we offer separate changing and restroom facilities exclusively for women. Our classes are open to women aged 13 and above, and they are led by Coach Nancy, a skilled and experienced instructor passionate about empowering women through martial arts. Our training sessions, held every Monday and Wednesday at 7 pm, go beyond just learning Jiu-Jitsu techniques. We foster a strong sense of community among our members, providing a supportive network where women can connect, learn, and grow together.
